When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice directly by email and you can also download it on the payment page. If you unexpectedly have not received your invoice, please send an email to customerservice@atelierrebul.be with your order number and the desired invoice details. Apply the perfume to the pulse points of your body, such as the wrists, behind the ears, the neck, and the inside of your elbows. These warm areas help the scent to be released subtly throughout the day. For optimal effect, you can first apply our hand and body lotion so that the fragrance lasts longer. Preferably, do not spray directly on clothing or other textiles to avoid stains.

Orders placed before 10 PM will be processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for gift box orders, it may take an extra day.

Although perfumes do not have a strict expiration date, the scent can change due to exposure to heat, light, and air. Store your perfume in a cool, dry place, preferably in the original packaging, to maintain its quality. Generally, Eau de Parfum remains optimal for 3-5 years.
