      How to use

      Stap 1

      Remove the fragrance sticks from the packaging and twist off the cap. Make sure not to place the fragrance sticks in a warm environment.

      Stap 2

      Place the wooden sticks (included) in the bottle and wait twelve hours for the sticks to absorb the scent and spread it throughout the area. Once the sticks are in the bottle, you can screw the black cap back on.

      Stap 3

      Turn the sticks once a week for optimal fragrance. You can adjust the scent intensity depending on the number of sticks you place in the diffuser.

      What are fragrance sticks?

      Bâtonnets Parfumés are a stylish and maintenance-free way to fill any room with a refined fragrance for a long time. The high-quality rattan sticks absorb the scented oil from the glass diffuser and subtly and evenly disperse it into the air. They serve both as a fragrance diffuser and a decorative element.
      How can I request an invoice for my order?

      When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice immediately by email and can also download it on the payment page. If you do not receive your invoice, please send an email to customerservice@atelierrebul.be with your order number and the desired invoice details. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
      How do the scent sticks from Atelier Rebul work?

      Place the rattan sticks in the glass diffuser with the scented oil. The sticks absorb the oil and continuously spread the fragrance throughout the room. To increase the scent intensity, you can turn the sticks weekly. Note: frequent turning may shorten the oil’s lifespan. The intensity of the fragrance sticks is also influenced by the number of sticks you use. The fewer sticks you use, the less intense the scent. Using fewer sticks will also make the contents of your diffuser last longer.
      When will my package be shipped?

      Orders placed before 10 PM are processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for gift box orders, it may take an extra day.
      How long do the reed diffusers last?

      The lifespan depends on factors such as the contents, temperature, and humidity, but on average they release their scent for up to 6 weeks. For an optimal fragrance experience, turn the sticks no more than once a week and place the diffuser out of direct sunlight, away from drafts, and not near a heat source. The number of sticks you use also affects the longevity. The more sticks you place in the diffuser, the faster you will need to refill the contents.
      How can I track my package?

      As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email about it. Through this email, you can go directly to the tracking page of your package.
      What should I do if my order does not arrive or is damaged?

      If you receive an order with missing, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. It is advisable to take photos of the damaged package's box and the shipping label, as we almost always need these to properly handle the damage process.

      Can I cancel or change my order?
