How to use

Stap 1

Remove the fragrance sticks from the packaging and twist off the cap. Make sure not to place the fragrance sticks in a warm environment.

Stap 2

Place the wooden sticks (included) in the bottle and wait twelve hours for the sticks to absorb the scent and disperse throughout the entire area. Once the sticks are in the bottle, you can screw the black cap back on.

Stap 3

Turn the sticks once a week for optimal fragrance. Depending on the number of sticks you place in the diffuser, you can determine the fragrance intensity.

Erg teleurgesteld over deze ''veelbelovende'' Mandarijn geurstokjes, na goede ervaringen met de diverse geurlijnen in eau de parfum had ik iets oosters verfijnds en spectaculairs verwacht. Helaas is de geur na een dag twee amper meer te ruiken, waterig en zelfs een beetje zeurderig wee. Heb hem uiteindelijk weggewerkt als toiletspoeling omdat het muffe aspect me behoorlijk tegen ging staan. Wat een zonde-geld!!!

What are reed diffusers?

Reed diffusers are a stylish and maintenance-free way to fill any space with a refined scent for a long time. The high-quality rattan sticks absorb the scented oil from the glass diffuser and subtly and evenly disperse it into the air. They serve both as a fragrance diffuser and a decorative element.

How can I request an invoice for my order?

When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice directly by email and you can also download it on the payment page. If you unexpectedly have not received your invoice, please send an email to customerservice@atelierrebul.be with your order number and the desired invoice details. Our customer service team is happy to assist you.

How do the reed diffusers from Atelier Rebul work?

Place the rattan sticks in the glass diffuser with the scented oil. The sticks absorb the oil and continuously spread the fragrance in the room. To increase the scent intensity, you can turn the sticks weekly. Note: frequent turning may shorten the lifespan of the oil. The intensity of the fragrance sticks is also determined by the number of sticks you use. The fewer sticks you use, the less intense the scent. Additionally, the contents of your diffuser will last longer when you use fewer sticks.

When will my package be shipped?

Orders placed before 10 PM will be processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for gift box orders, it may take an extra day.

How long do the reed diffusers last?

The lifespan depends on factors such as content, temperature, and humidity, but on average they spread their scent for up to 6 weeks. For an optimal scent experience, do not turn the sticks more than once a week and place the diffuser out of direct sunlight, not in a draft, and not close to a heating element. The number of sticks you use also affects the durability. The more sticks you put in the diffuser, the faster you need to refill the contents.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email about it. Through this email, you can go directly to the tracking page of your package.

What should I do if my order does not arrive or is damaged?

If you receive an order that is missing items, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. It is advisable to take photos of the box of the damaged package and the shipping label, as we almost always need these to properly handle the damage process.

Can I cancel or change my order?
