How to use

Stap 1

Remove the used sticks from the diffuser and throw them away. Then wash your hands or use a tissue to prevent stains.

Stap 2

Add new fragrance liquid if necessary or replace it completely if you use a new fragrance.

Stap 3

Insert the new sticks into the fragrance liquid. For a subtler effect, use fewer sticks; for a stronger scent, use more.

Stap 4

Wait a few hours so that the sticks absorb the liquid well.

What payment options are available?

To place an order, add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping and billing information and select a shipping method. Once you have reviewed your order, you can make your payment to complete your purchase.

When will my package be shipped?

Orders placed before 10 PM are processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for orders of gift boxes, it may take an extra day.

What happens after I have placed an order?

After you have placed an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing an overview of your order. As soon as the products are shipped, you will receive a new email with the necessary tracking information, so you can track your order at any time.

Is there free shipping?

That depends on your order value and where the package needs to be delivered. For shipments within the Benelux, we offer free shipping from €50, below this amount a shipping fee of €5.95 will be charged. For more information about shipping costs, you can consult our shipping policy.
